DIDR - DECENTRALIZED IDENTITY FOR DISASTER RELIEF
MIAMI BUILDATHON 2023
DECENTRALIZED IDENTITY FOR DISASTER RELIEF - AMAZON GIFT CARD
Background: Natural disasters often cause massive displacement, making it challenging for victims to access essential services, prove their identity, or receive aid. Decentralized identity and verifiable credentials can play a crucial role in providing a secure and privacy-preserving way for disaster victims to access support and resources during these critical times.
Open Challenge: Build a solution that incorporates decentralized identity and verifiable credentials that are aimed at assisting in disaster relief efforts, with special attention on serving less tech-savvy and/or undocumented populations (easy to use UI/UX)
Inspiration:
The Duties of a Notary Public.
